Hey, Lori!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Winter holiday time at Walt Disney World Resort is extra special. I remember my first
Candlelight Processional with Edward James Olmos. it was amazing. Booking a
Candlelight Processional Dining Package will get you a voucher for a guaranteed seat so you don't have to wait in line. It's a great benefit for an exceptional show.
You have plenty of time to eat and make the show. Here's how I would travel. After you finish at O'Hana around 5:30 p.m. I would walk over to the Transportation and Ticket Center (any Cast Member can show you) and catch the Epcot Monorail. The trip is about 15 minutes to Epcot. Once you arrive at Epcot you will need to walk about 20 minutes to the show in the America Gardens Theatre. This gives you over 30 minutes before the show to get your seats. If you can arrive at dinner about 15 minutes earlier you will likely be seated sooner allowing you to leave dinner with more time to travel.
You are going to love the celebrity narrator. They are wonderful and really bring out the spirit of the holiday.
Disney Dad Tip: Make sure to spend some time at each pavilion of the World Showcase.
Holidays Around the World at Epcot is a magnificent adventure to explore holiday traditions from eleven countries.
Lori, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
