    Hi. I’ve booked the boathouse for lunchtime on 21/4. Will we be able to order the baked Alaska?

    I'm so happy to see that you'll be visiting Disney World in just a few days! Hooray! Enjoy packing your bags and taking the journey to The Most Magical Place on Earth! 

    You're going to love The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs. This is, truly, a one-of-a-kind dining experience and SO delicious! I really enjoyed the Hand Breaded Coconut Shrimp appetizer the last time I was there. I would definitely order it again! 

    I'm happy to report that you should be able to order the Boathouse Signature S'mores Baked Alaska during your lunch (subject to availability) on the Monday you have your reservation! The Baked Alaska was previously only available when Guests ordered it in advance, and it has not yet been updated on the Disney World's version of the menu. It is available to view on The BOATHOUSE's main page menu now though. We are SO happy that Guests no longer need to order the Baked Alaska in advance!  You may want to mention to your server at the beginning of your meal that you're wanting to order the Baked Alaska as your dessert so they can make preparations for this epic dish! Please enjoy the graham cracker crust, rocky road ice cream, toasted marshmallows & meringue, and milk chocolate for me! YUM! 

    While you're visiting Disney Springs you should stop by my favorite shop, Basin! I love everything about this natural bath and beauty store, and always feel like the items here make lovely, useful souvenirs.
