Hello Maura and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Just last week I surprised my family with a speciality cruise to view the Epcot fireworks. It is by far my favorite way to see the show.  We had a 6:30 dinner reservation at Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. We had plenty of time to enjoy our meal and make it to our boat in time.  The boats launch near the lighthouse in front of Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. As long as you are eating nearby and don't have to wait for your table I would think you would be fine.

I know you will have a magical evening on your fireworks cruise!
