Hi! I booked Beach Club Dec. 1-7th. We have stayed there before and love the easy walk to Epcot and HS. I am second guessing myself though and wondering if the Wilderness Lodge would be a better choice for this time. Help! Pros and Cons for both??

    Hi Melissa,

You can't go wrong either way!

Like you, I love the easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the Beach Club. It is often our resort of choice during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. You also have close proximity to all the restaurants and clubs of the Boardwalk without being right on top of the action. And most people agree that the pool is among the very best at Walt Disney World.

Wilderness Lodge offers easy access to Magic Kingdom but still feels worlds away. The theme and atmosphere are relaxing and secluded. Artist Point and the Territory Lounge at the resort are favorites of ours, and we like being so near all the great restaurants of the other Magic Kingdom area resorts: the Contemporary, the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian.

I probably would make the decision based on how much time you expect to spend in each park and on what restaurants you favor. There's nothing wrong with returning to a tried and true location if that makes you happy.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if we can answer other questions. Here's hoping you have a great time, whichever resort you choose.
