hi "moms"! just booked for august.family of 5.luv character meals.do not want to be limited. as long as it is free dining would any of you pay the difference toUPGRADE to DDDP? thinking with the hot/humid weather we may use the xtra snax for Mic

    Hello Paula!

What a great question! We will be on vacation during the free dining promotion and we have upgraded our "free" dining plan to the deluxe plan. The price was the difference between the two plans (about $32 for an adult), which is less than the usual cost of the regular plan. By doing this we now have more snacks, more meals, appetizers included for our table services and refillable mugs. I honestly feel like it's a deal that can't be beat!

I have found that when you have the regular dining plan there are times when you still have to pay out of pocket for meals here and there. Since the deluxe plan offers three credits a day that can be used however you wish, having this plan really covers all of your meals. If it is within your budget to upgrade and you plan enough meals to make it worth the money, I would definitely move up to the deluxe plan.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
