I booked my April holiday via Disney UK site. Am I able to do online check in, or is that for US residents only ? If I can, please can you tell me how please? Looking forward to getting fun and warmth, want to do all before I arrive to make it easy. Thanks

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Hannah!  It won't be long before you "jump the pond" and land in Walt Disney World!   It sounds like you have booked your trip through the UK Disney World website.  I did some checking on my end here with 1 (407) W-DISNEY.  The folks there suggested that since you booked with Disney, you should phone the UK reservation line.  I would suggest calling now so that you have all the information you need in preparation for your trip.  The number is 0800 169 0730.   The online check-in service has just been extended to 60 days in advance of a Guest's arrival.  As I said, check with UK Reservations.  They will assist you promptly.

I have used online check-in.  While it is a great convenience, please know that it is not absolutely necessary.  In my experience, the folks at check-in do everything they can to move the process along quickly and effectively.

Let us know if we can assist you again. We are happy to help.

Until then, I wish you a MAGICAL vacation!
