    Booked at Animal Kingdom lodge in a 1 bedroom villa with a standard view the end of october. Does disney ever allow for a complimentary upgrade? Would love a savana view for my 2 daughters age 6 &1. How would I go about requesting it if at all possibl

    Hi Jillian!

    This is a great question. Disney does provide complimentary upgrades from time to time, but it has been my experience that it is not very likely. However, you should definitely ask when you check in. You should also ask what it would cost to upgrade; I have been able to pay for an upgrade before at a greatly reduced rate when standing at the front desk.  Just keep in mind it may be impossible to upgrade at any cost. If you absolutely want a view with a room, you should change your reservation as soon as possible.
