Hello, Meghan,Ooh! My family's first cruise was a Disney Cruise Line voyage aboard the Disney Wonder sailing to Alaska. It was the beginning of an amazing journey of cruise vacations with Captain Minnie, Captain Mickey, and all our favorite Disney characters and entertainment. Each stateroom reservation with the Disney Cruise Line must have at least one adult. For situations like yours, I generally recommend reserving connecting staterooms. My family recently returned from a Baja California cruise aboard the Disney Wonder. We split our family between two connecting staterooms. It was amazing to have so much space to spread out between the two rooms. On other cruises, we have booked non-connecting staterooms. For example, on our first cruise to Alaska, we booked a room on the starboard side of the ship and another room on the port side so we would always have an opportunity to go to either side to view whatever beautiful scenery or wildlife we might see. On another cruise, we had an Oceanview stateroom and an inside stateroom immediately across the hall on the same deck. If options like those are of interest to you and you don't have an opportunity to make changes to your existing cruise reservations, you may be able to ask about available stateroom modifications when you check in on your embarkation day.I'm sure you are going to love your Disney cruise to Alaska, Meghan. I think your daughters will have an amazing time. During longer cruises like those to Alaska, our teenagers seem to have great opportunities to make connections with new friends in the youth clubs. And, of course, they love the complimentary fountain drinks and soft serve ice cream on deck 9.Have a great cruise, Meghan!~Tony
