I booked air through Southwest on an Airtran flight. There are 2 flight #s. Airtrans and then SW adds a 5 to the front of it. Which flight # do I give to ME for my arrival and departure flights when scheduling transportation?

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for sending the Disney Parks Moms Panel your question.  Disney's Magical Express is a fabulous perk for guests staying on Walt Disney World Property.  They are very good at making sure every guest arrives at their Disney Resort as quickly as possible, and are very flexible in terms of flight times and changes.

Because your flight will be landing at the same time regardless of the flight number, I wouldn't worry too much about the flight number you send to Disney's Magical Express.  Both numbers will be in the system and they can be used interchangeably.  When this happened to me this past August, I chose to use the flight number from the airline I booked with.  Since you booked your flight through Southwest Airlines, I would use that flight number.  Once Disney's Magical Express has your flight times and flight number you will receive your travel vouchers a few weeks prior to your vacation.  If for some reason your flight information changes, simply call Disney's Magical Express and they will update your information.  If your flight is delayed, don't worry - you will not have to contact Disney's Magical Express, they will have that information from Orlando International Airport.

I hope that helps Bill.  If you need further clarification or have any other questions, please let me know.  I would be happy to hear from you again!
