Hi, I booked ADR for the Crystal Palace for dinner for me and my fiance. We are 29 and 30, do you think we are too old for the character buffet and will not fit in with the dining crowd? Thanks!

    Hi Danielle,

I don't think you're ever too old for a character meal!  A vacation to Walt Disney World is all about recapturing the magic of childhood, so enjoy!  Crystal Palace is one of my favorite restaurants - the food is great, and you'll be able to get pictures with some of your favorite characters from the 100 Acre Woods.  There will be a lot of families with small children dining at the restaurant, but I'm sure you'll see more than a couple of parties with adults only.

In fact, I'm heading to Walt Disney World in a couple of days to meet up with the other Moms (and Dad) on the panel.  Guess where all of us moms without children will be dining?!?  That's right, Crystal Palace.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
