Billie-Jean, I see you've booked a holiday at Walt Disney World Resort during the most magical time of the yEAR! Even though your arrival will be after Christmas, the Parks and Resorts will be decked out in their holiday best. I highly recommend taking some time during your trip to see the
life-sized Gingerbread House at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
One of the great perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is you get to start and end your stay with complimentary bus transportation to and from Orlando International Airport on
Disney's Magical Express. I just returned yesterday after a fun but tiring Princess Half Marathon Weekend, and I was so grateful to catch a quick nap on the bus before navigating the airport- it's comforting knowing this step of your trip is taken care of for you. When you check your plans under your
My Disney Experience account, it is perfectly normal not to see your Magical Express reservation. If you'd like to double check, however, call United Kingdom Reservations: 0800 16 90 730 and a Cast Member will be happy to confirm your travel plans. Since you reside outside the US, you will have to pick up your MagicBands upon arrival at your resort. However, you will be mailed an envelope shortly before your trip containing a paper Magical Express voucher.
Billie-Jean, another must-do Moms Panel suggestion is to watch Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at Magic Kingdom Park. During your trip, it will probably be shown once or twice in the daytime during regular park hours. I hope your holiday is truly magical!
