Victoria from Torfaen Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I want to book WDW for my daughter's 4th birthday, if I book when the rooms are released can I add any discounts or offers (e.g. Free dining, tickets etc.) that come up later? Also, When and how is the best to book BBB, so we can get the right day?

Hi Victoria and welcome to planDisney.

I cannot think of a more magical place for your daughter to celebrate her 4th birthday than Walt Disney World! Be sure to stop by Guest Relations once you arrive to pick up a complimentary birthday badge for her to wear throughout your stay. It always makes my daughters day when Cast Members and other Guests stop to wish her a happy birthday.

As you are probably already aware, it is now possible to book for stays in 2026 via the Walt Disney Travel Company, here in the UK.

If you're looking to take advantage of a special offer when booking, typically, a Free Dining Deal has been released in April for stays at Walt Disney World during the following year. So, based on the last couple of years, a similar offer could, potentially, be released in April 2025 for stays in 2026.

To give you an idea, I can tell you that the 2024 Free Dining and Drinks offer was available to book from April 18th through to November 7th 2024, for the following arrival (hotel check-in) dates:-

    January 7th 2025 - April 5th 2025
    April 23rd 2025 - October 2nd 2025
    October 18th 2025 - December 17th 2025

Please do note, however, that at this moment in time, we do not know what, if any, Deals will be offered for stays in 2026.

If you were to book now for 2026 and then a Free Dining offer is released in April, that offer cannot be applied to your existing booking. You would need to cancel the original booking and re-book which could possibly incur an admin/cancellation charge. If it were me, I'd wait until April to see if a Free Dining offer is released for the dates you would like to visit and book then.

Moving onto your second question about the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, I am very happy to tell you that you can indeed make an advance reservation, from here in the UK, via the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App (subject to availability).

Top Tip No: 1 - You can find the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scrolling down to the Help & Feedback section.

Reservations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are extremely popular and can be made via the "Chat With Us" option from 6:00am EST (or, 11:00am GMT), 60 days in advance.

Top Tip No: 2 - If you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel during your visit, you are able to make reservations for the first 10-days of your stay, 60 days in advance of your arrival date.

Happy planning, Victoria. Please feel free to re-visit us here at planDisney if we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip - you can even ask me a question directly.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
