When I can book a Walt Disney World Florida trip for December 2024

Hey there, Grant, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question. You’re quite the early bird to be here charting the course early for your 2024 Walt Disney World Resort visit. But let’s be real: it is never too early to start planning your next Walt Disney World vacation! My family typically starts planning our return visit as soon as we buckle into the car on our way home. After all, they say that the early bird gets the worm!

Grant, I am unsure of the specific date that 2024 arrivals will be released for booking. As of today, reservations can only be booked through December 31, 2023. Since annual product dates are typically released in the Spring for the upcoming year, I recommend checking back around Spring 2023 to see if bookings for your 2024 arrival date have opened.

And even though you can’t yet book a vacation for arrival in 2024, you can get a head start on setting aside funds for your visit. My wife and I like to use Disney Gift Cards to manage our Disney Vacation spending. You can use the gift cards to set aside funds for vacation planning, dining, in-park purchases, and more! No matter what you decide, I know that the splendor of Walt Disney World will be waiting for you at the perfect time when your family gets to visit!

I hope this helps, Grant! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
