Hey, howdy, hey, Cathy!I'm loving this idea. In fact, my family and I have an epic "land and sea" Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line vacation scheduled for later this year. We can't wait to enjoy the exciting attractions at Disney World followed by delicious food and amazing entertainment on our Disney Cruise Line ship. Here's how to book a similar vacation of your own.
If you're feeling more adventurous, you could choose a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, or even San Diego, California. Though, I recommend starting with Port Canaveral cruises to take advantage of the available transportation between Disney World and the nearby port. Disney Cruise Line generally offers ground transportation options between the cruise ship terminal at most departure ports and select airports and hotels nearby. But Port Canaveral has the exclusive offering of Disney transportation linking your Disney World hotel with the port. When my family and I set up land and sea adventures that include the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, and a cruise out of San Diego, we generally need to arrange for our transportation between the theme parks and the port separately from Disney. Similarly, when we stay at Disney World and then cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, we also arrange for our transportation to and from the port. This is just the beginning, Cathy. Here at planDisney, we are eager to help in any way we can as you proceed with formulating your travel plans. I hope you'll stop by to visit us again soon!Have a magical vacation, Cathy!~Tony
