    Deborah from FL Asked

How do I book the VIP tour and what does it consist of

    Hi Deborah,

Thank you for sending your fabulous question our way!

Deborah, a Disney Private VIP Tour is an unbelievable experience and a great way to enhance an already magical day at Walt Disney World. While every Disney Private VIP Tour is custom-tailored to each group of up to 10 Guests, I can tell you a bit about my experience last year and what you may expect if you decide to book.

On the day of our tour, we had a breakfast reservation at Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, so our tour guide met us in the lobby of Disney's Riviera Resort. The Disney Private VIP Tour team will work with you in the days leading up to your tour to schedule a pickup location and time that works best for your schedule and vacation plans. I recommend making a breakfast reservation and having your Guide meet you at the restaurant, so you are all fueled up and ready to embark on your magical adventure!

When I met our Guide, I just knew the day would be incredible. She asked a few questions about what we wanted to do, and then we were on our way to the parks via the private transportation included in the price of your tour. Your Guide will take you into the park via backstage areas not accessible to other Guests, making it easy to get where you are going.

Once in the parks, you will hop from attraction to attraction without waiting in the regular standby line. Taking a VIP Tour will drastically cut down on the amount of time you spend in line, but you should still expect a wait of just a few short minutes. As you exit attractions, don't be surprised if your Guide is waiting for you with an ice-cold bottle of water. A welcome treat on a hot day! When it's time to stop for lunch, I would opt for a quick meal to allow more time for other activities! You can head over to a fast-casual spot like Satu'li Canteen, where your Guide will grab you a table and get you set up for a delicious meal.

If your family is like mine, they will want to pack in as much fun as possible, so park hopping with ease is a huge benefit of booking a Disney Private VIP Tour. Our Guide whisked us from park to park in our private transportation, and we were able to experience all four theme parks in just one day, checking off all the attractions on our list! When our tour was over, our fabulous Guide took us back to our Disney Resort hotel, and we bid a fond farewell to our very own Mary Poppins.

Now, it is essential to note that given the customized nature of these tours, no two experiences are the same, so getting as much in as we did may not be possible. But rest assured, your Disney Private VIP Tour Guide will do everything they can to make sure you have the most magical day possible.

Deborah, booking a Disney Private VIP Tour is as easy as can be! Simply call the VIP Tours team at (407) 560-4033, and they will be able to provide availability, pricing details and answer any other questions you may have about the tour. While a Disney VIP Tour may not be the most budget-friendly Enchanting Extra, I can say that the memories made were well worth the investment for my family!

It would be my absolute pleasure to answer any other questions you may have ahead of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I hope to see again you real soon!

    Until next time!
