    Hello, I want to book a value resort for 5, my son will be turning 10 whilst at Disney and my daughter will be 8 and youngest 2. When I put these ages in, it only gives me the option to book a moderate? My youngest would still be using a pack and play.

    When accessing online the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company to create your Disney package holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, the website collates the information Guests input (such as the number of Guests, and their children's individual ages) in a bid to provide the most appropriate, and currently available accommodation choices for that particular family. 

    My top planDisney recommendation would be for you to speak in person with a Cast Member who can walk you through all the Disney Resorts Collection hotels which are currently available for October 2023, and of course, would best suit the needs of your lovely family.

    Leon, I thought it might be handy to know that the use of Cribs and Playpens (including Pack ‘n Play) is complimentary for Guests staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel!  It's just one of the many magical benefits of staying within the enchanted realms of Walt Disney World Resort.

    However, please know that requests from Guests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.  Cast Members will always do their utmost to accommodate any requests made, but these requests are granted based on current availability and any operational needs.
