When can I book for a vacation in February?

Welcome to planDisney, Alexandria! Thanks for sharing your question with us!

I rarely suggest taking advice from a Disney villain, but I think Scar from “The Lion King” was right about one thing: “Be prepared!” It’s never too early to start planning and preparing for your next Walt Disney World adventure. In my opinion, a well-thought-out vacation itinerary is the best way to ensure you have a magical vacation.

News about 2027 vacation packages hasn’t been shared yet, but we can glean some clues from the past few years. Last year, 2026 vacation packages became available in April 2025, and the year before, 2025 vacation packages were released in February 2024. If you look back even further, you can see that release dates continue to vary each year. Since we’re already into April, I imagine that vacation packages for February 2027 will be released in the next few months. Or possibly sooner!

As you wait for news about 2027 vacation packages to drop, you can keep up your vacation planning momentum by checking out the Disney Parks Blog, one of my favorite resources (after planDisney, of course). Not only do they share details on upcoming attractions, merchandise, food, and guides for special events, but they also will announce when vacation packages and special offers become available.

I hope this information is helpful, Alexandria. I’m sure your patience will be rewarded soon, and you’ll be well prepared to plan your dream vacation. Pop right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
