Can we book two tables side-by-side for a party of 9 at Be Our Guest? (seems largest party is 8)

    Hiya Gareth!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your dining question. Dining at Be Our Guest is such a magical experience—you’re in for a treat! And who knows, you may even catch a glimpse of the Beast himself storming through his enchanted castle - that's my family's favorite!

Let’s dive into your question. Dining with a larger party can feel a bit like Belle navigating the West Wing—tricky but absolutely worth it for the unforgettable memories. Here are my top tips for dining with a big group at Be Our Guest:

First, start with the full reservation. Try to secure a reservation for your entire party of nine on the My Disney Experience app. If you’re unable to find availability, don’t worry—there’s a workaround!

If you cannot book the entire reservation, split your group into two. Have two adults in your party make separate reservations. For example, one adult can book for a group of five, and another can book for a group of four, aiming for times within 15 minutes of each other. My Disney Experience won’t allow the same account to hold overlapping reservations, so splitting up ensures you can book both.

When you arrive at the restaurant, let the Cast Member at the check-in desk know you’re dining as a large group.  Provide them with the reservation names and kindly ask if your groups can be seated nearby. While this is not guaranteed, the Cast Members at Be Our Guest are known for their enchanting ability to sprinkle a little extra magic.

Here are some other tips that I have also found extremely helpful when dining with a larger group. Try booking during less busy times, like early lunch or late dinner for a better chance at dining together. And don’t forget to keep checking the My Disney Experience app. Plans often change, and reservations can open up closer to your visit—it’s like finding a rose petal in the snow!

I hope this helps you and your party have a magical time dining in the Beast’s castle. Enjoy your meal, and don’t forget to try the grey stuff—it’s delicious!

    See you real soon,

    Christina
