Hey there, Madison!
It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney! Each of us on the planDisney Panel always welcomes a chance to share tips and ideas from our own Disney vacations as a way to help you plan your most magical stay at
Walt Disney World Resort.
Booking a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, I think, comes with some peace of mind knowing that you have options should your plans change. If you cancel your vacation package 31 days or more before the day of your arrival, you can receive a refund. Costs for items like third-party cancellation fees, or nonrefundable items like travel protection plans costs, would be deducted from the refund. If you cancel your vacation package between two days and 29 days before the day of your arrival, you would have a $200 cancellation fee. Again, costs for third-party cancellation fees and nonrefundable items would be deducted from the refund. Finally, if you cancel 1 day or less before your arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the vacation package is nonrefundable.
In the event you do need to cancel your vacation package, be sure to make the cancellations for any additional reservations you might hold.
