Hi Erin!
A warm Florida welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.
Erin, different types of Walt Disney World Resort theme park admission tickets (such as regular tickets, annual passes, and vacation packages), have
different theme park reservation availability. Occasionally, you will see theme park reservations available for annual passholders and none for regular ticket-holders. This is normal and means that all reservations allocated for regular ticket-holders have been exhausted.
However, as we approach your vacation dates, Guests will likely begin to modify or even cancel their vacations. When they do, their theme park reservations should become available again. I encourage you to
keep checking the theme park availability calendar and the
Disney Park Pass system daily.
Having a vacation package, Disney Resorts Collection reservation, and Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account is not enough to enter the theme parks. During the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, all Guests ages 3 and up need both a valid theme park ticket and Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter the theme parks — regardless of ticket type or vacation package status. Please remember that theme park reservations are subject to availability which is why we encourage you to
make your reservations as soon as possible!
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
