If I book a trip for June 6th and our flight gets in around 12 AM that day, will our room be available or will we have to wait until 3 pm to check in. Concerned because this is the only time that will work for us and we will have our 6 year old with us.

Hi Kelly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am glad to hear that you are planning your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. It is always an unforgettable experience.
The check-in time varies depending on where you are staying. It is 4:00 p.m. for Disney Deluxe Villas, 1:00 p.m. for The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and 3:00 p.m. for the other Disney Resort hotels. Sometimes, when you arrive at your Disney Hotel a couple hours before your check in time, and there is availability, I am sure front desk cast member will do his best to help you.
The Walt Disney World Resort gets really busy during summer time, and as you are arriving at midnight, my advice is that you book one extra night, starting your reservation from the day before you arrive. This way you can guarantee you will have your room ready waiting for you and your family to relax!
Hope this information helps your planning. Come back again if you have more questions.
    Have an unforgettable vacation!
