Welcome back to planDisney; we are honored and humbled to be a part of your planning journey. Theme Park tickets for the first week in January 2023 have already become available for purchase! In the coming weeks/months, you will be able to start purchasing
Theme Park tickets for all of January and possibly early February. Just keep an eye out on the official website and book when the dates you are interested in become available for 2023.
If you haven’t already thought about booking a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you should definitely look into it. With a
Walt Disney World Vacation Package, you combine a stay at a magical Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel with Theme Parks tickets. Vacation Packages grant you access to special
Magical Extras, including discounts on shopping, dining, and entertainment. You also get to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours in the Theme Parks and the ability to pay off your vacation package over time rather than upfront (as long as the final payment is submitted 30 days before your trip). Plus, who doesn't love staying right in the middle of all of the magic?!
Currently, Walt Disney World Vacation Packages are not yet available for January/February 2023 yet (they are usually released anytime between now and mid-summer). If you are interested, you should follow
Disney Parks on Instagram and
Disney Parks Blog. I tend the find that all of the latest news on deals and specials can be found there first.
If you are like me, you may be a little worried about waiting until mid-summer to secure parts of your reservation, like your resort hotel. I always feel like I start with getting the resort hotel I want first and then worry about my tickets second. If you already know what resort hotel you wish to stay at or just want to secure your room now, you can book your resort hotel reservation now and then modify into a Vacation Package when you purchase your Theme Park tickets. Please note that at this time, 2023 resort hotel reservations must be booked over the phone at 407-939-1936 instead of online. There have been longer wait times to speak to Cast Members lately, but I’ve found that the best time to reach out to Cast Members is early or later in the evening.
