When can I book my trip to Disneyland in 2026?

    Hi Dennis,

Welcome to planDisney! You know what they say—what’s the first thing you do after a Disney vacation? You start planning your next one!

Vacation packages and hotel reservations are currently available to book through the end of 2025. While we haven’t heard an official release date for 2026 bookings just yet, we can look to previous years for clues. Historically, vacation packages for the following year have been released in late May or early June, so hopefully that announcement is just around the corner! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates on booking windows, celebration details, and all the dazzling new offerings headed to the Disneyland Resort.

Hopefully, Dennis, you’ve heard that Disneyland's 70th Anniversary celebration will continue through to summer 2026! While there will be a short pause during the holidays, the celebration will return after the season wraps up. You can use the 2025 events calendar as a guide to help you estimate what might be happening at the Disneyland resort around the time of your trip. It will be an extra magical time to visit when the anniversary decorations return and one of the incredible festivals at California Adventure is happening. Personally, I love the Lunar New Year Festival for its cultural flair, but the Food & Wine Festival is the largest and full of delicious options. This festival should just be kicking off for your possible March 2026 vacation!

I hope this helps, Dennis! If you have any more questions or need planning tips, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your vacation planning.

    Happy planning!
