Hi Lucy! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear that you're planning a stay at the
Walt Disney World Resort! Whether you have only a few days or a couple of weeks, any length of stay will be a magical time. Let's dive into your question and help you get set for an unforgettable holiday.
When booking a vacation package that includes a
Disney Resort hotel stay and park tickets, you will be required to book a minimum of a five-night stay.
Park tickets will come in increments of 7 and 14 days, which sounds like it will be more than you need.
If you book a room-only reservation at one of these resorts, you can do so for any number of nights you need. There are no minimum requirements when booking your reservation this way. As for your park tickets, you will need to wait until you arrive in the United States to purchase the number of days you prefer. Tickets can be purchased on individual days or in increments of up to 10 days.
While I'm sure you prefer to have your tickets secured before your arrival, this option will be the most cost-effective. With theme park reservations no longer required for date-based tickets, you will not need to take the extra step to make them. You'll just need to purchase your tickets upon arrival by accessing the US-based website.
Lucy, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay! With the
new nighttime parade recently debuting at the Magic Kingdom, I suggest making some time to check it out. It's a dazzling event with some of your favorite Disney characters under the night sky.
See ya real soon!
