    Book a trip?

Hey howdy hey, Brian! You’ve got a friend in me at planDisney, and I’d love to help you start planning your getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

To help you get started, I recommend checking out this planning guide. Things may look a little different than they have in the past, but I can promise you that Disney magic is still alive and well! I just returned from a wonderful getaway to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I was very impressed with the additional health, safety, and cleanliness measures in place.

Currently, Vacation Packages can be booked through December 31, 2021. I also recommend checking out the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page in case there’s an offer that may fit your needs. If you’re planning to book your vacation for 2022, you’ll most likely need to wait until summer for those reservations to become available. This timeline is subject to change, so I recommend continuing to check the website next year when summer approaches.

Your Vacation Package will include your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and theme-park tickets. I highly recommend staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel – there are so many helpful benefits, starting with a ride aboard Disney’s Magical Express to and from the airport. Upon arrival, transportation is also provided between your hotel, the four theme parks, and Disney Springs.

Once you’ve decided where you’d like to stay, you’ll need to purchase your theme-park tickets and make park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. Then, it’s time to start thinking about one of my favorite parts of a trip – where to dine! Currently, all Guests can start making dining reservations online up to 60 days in advance.

To help capture all the magical memories you’ll be making, I recommend adding Memory Maker to your Vacation Package, since it lets you download all of your Disney PhotoPass pictures for one set price.

Last but not least, be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival. This is my favorite handy helper! This app allows you to see all of your plans in one place. Plus, you can mobile order food and drinks, which is my favorite feature!

I hope this helps you get started, Brian! You can also check out our Video Library for additional planning videos, tips, and tricks. Or, stop back here with any other questions... we're all EARs!

Hope to see ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
