Anchors Aweigh, Jesse!
Welcome back to planDisney, and thank you so much for cruising by with your question. How exciting that you have a sailing into the unknown coming up in just a few months. Our family has loved our
Disney Cruise Line vacations. It's been a great way to explore the great wide somewhere, all while being immersed in the magic of Disney.
Jesse, if you are planning to book
ground transportation from the Walt Disney World Resort or the Orlando Airport to
Port Canaveral, you can do so by calling Disney Cruise Line at 1-(800) 951-3532. The transfers are available for an additional fee to and from the Port, and it's a wonderful way to sit back, relax, and let Disney drive the royal coach so you can enjoy the magic.
If you are planning to book flights for arrival or departure on your embarkation or debarkation day, I recommend checking out this
helpful guide on the Disney Cruise Line website. It will help ensure you arrive on time for your sailing. However, my recommendation is to plan for a hotel stay on the night before your embarkation day, just in case of flight delays.
Jesse, did you know there are laundry machines on the Disney Cruise Line ships? Our family loves taking advantage of these
laundry rooms, as it helps us to pack less. Not only do we save money on checked luggage costs, but it leaves us more room to take home some of those adorable Disney Cruise Line souvenirs!
I hope this helps you, Jesse. If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, stop back here and give us a wave. At planDisney, we know the way to make sure your Disney adventure is smooth sailing, and we are always happy to lend you some fin.
Bon Voyage,
Keri
