Hey there, Jessica!
Are you ready to hear that “Welcome Aboard” greeting? It’s less than a month away now! It’s no WONDER that Disney Cruise Line gets top ratings in the cruise industry, especially when it comes to families. A big reason for this is the imaginative, MAGICal play spaces overflowing with activities for kids, including
Disney’s Oceaneer Club and
Disney’s Oceaneer Lab.
As you know, parents have to register their children ages 3 to 12 for the
Youth Clubs. Here are the steps: 1) you will need to complete the
Online Check-In first to get them registered, then 2) prior to setting sail, reserve a specific session time either online or via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Guests can book one session per day per child on a first-come, first-served basis. Hopefully this will be amended in the future to allow more open access. I'm even hearing from Guests that they have been able to find availability more than one time a day, so fingers crossed that is the case for your kiddos!
I did see that several other Guests had some challenges like you did in making their Youth Club bookings a few days ago, and they brought it to the attention of Disney Cruise Line. Sounds like it was a computer glitch that has now been fixed, so I recommend that you complete the Online Check-In and see if you can now add the Youth Club sessions that you want. They should be under the Onboard Fun tab as a selection. If there are further obstacles to this, then your next best bet is just to
call Disney Cruise Line and get someone in technical support to help you. There’s a prompt when you phone in asking if you are having trouble with the website; that’s the number that you want to press.
Jessica, getting organized for a Disney cruise is my jam, so if I can be a help to you between now and when you set sail, I’m here for it! If not, then I hope that you and your family have an amazing vacation!
SEA ya real soon!
