Hiya, Danial!
Bouncin’ between the two Disneyland Resort theme parks is what Tiggers do best. That’s because visiting two parks is even more than twice the fun!
There are three ways to include visits to both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. First, you can purchase a multi-day one park per day ticket and choose different parks to visit each day when you select your
theme park reservations during the
theme park ticket purchase process. Second, you can purchase a
Park Hopper ticket, which may be used to visit both parks in one day. Park Hopper tickets also require a theme park reservation. Select just one park for the reservation as your starting park. Then after 1:00 PM, you may switch between the two parks as often as you’d like, subject to park capacity.
And what is the third way to visit both Disneyland Resort theme parks? Why it is to choose a multi-day ticket with the Park Hopper option, of course! That is my family’s preferred way to enjoy the Disneyland Resort. We often visit mostly one park per day early in our vacation. Then later in our trip, we mix things up more and more by hopping between the parks frequently to revisit our favorite
attractions,
entertainment, and
shops.
Tony’s Tip: Each guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. Because the number of park reservations is limited, you may see one park or the other unavailable for reservations for certain dates. If that should be the case when you purchase your ticket, I recommend choosing the park that is available or another date that happens to work for you. Then, keep checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar. As other Guests make changes to their plans, your preferred starting park may become available on your preferred date. If that happens, you may visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to cancel your existing reservation and book a new reservation as desired. Note that different
tiers of one-day tickets have different dates they are valid. But multi-day tickets are valid on any available dates until the
ticket expiration.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Danial!
