Welcome to planDisney, Jodie!
I hope you’re getting excited to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth this October. Be sure to consider attending
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party while you’re visiting. I adore this party, and have a ticket to attend this year with some friends! I love dressing up, trick-or-treating, enjoying Mickey’s Boo-To-You parade, and watching Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular (one of my favorite firework shows of all time)!
I have travelled in larger groups (3+ rooms) many times, Jodie, and am planning a trip for November with my family where we’ll be utilizing 3 rooms as well! I’m happy to walk you through this process.
-First, make sure all of the Guests in your party have a My Disney Experience account. This is going to help your planning efficacy immensely
-Link your accounts together (
my pal, Jennifer, explained how to do this beautifully)
-Once all of you are connected on your Family & Friends List, you can book your Disney Resort hotel reservation for the Guests in the first room
-Book your second room separately, then request a nearby or adjoining room on the confirmation page under “Room and Amenity Requests” (these requests are not guaranteed, but Cast Members try to accommodate Guests as best they can)
-Repeat the step above for your third room
If you have troubles with any of the steps above you can also call a Cast Member for assistance with booking your 3
Wilderness Lodge rooms, Jodie. Contact
Hotel Reservations, and they’ll happily assist you through the whole booking process.
I highly recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience Mobile App after you make your reservations, Jodie, so you can see all of your vacation plans easily on your mobile device.
If you have any additional questions, we hope you’ll visit us again here at planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Allyn
