How do I book three hotel rooms online and get them together?

Hey Howdy Hey Teri and welcome to planDisney!

Any trip to Walt Disney World Resort is always an epic vacation! Disney is well aware that trips on this level often involve the whole family and many times the extended family and is fully equipped to try to handle things specific to your question. Let's run through how to best make your hotel rooms close for all three reservations.

The first and easiest thing to do, which you mention, is to book your resorts online. After all three parties have booked their resort accommodations, make sure to have your confirmation numbers handy because you will need them for the next step. What you can do before leaving, is to call Disney at (407) 939-1936 and speak to a Cast Member. Sometimes they will be able to put in special requests for all three confirmation numbers to try and get the rooms as close as possible. The other thing you can do is when you arrive at your resort, you can make this special request or check on the status of it with the Cast Member at the check-in desk. They try their best to accommodate special requests so be patient as they may have to have you wait a little longer to try and get this to happen.

One other really fun thing to do is to have everyone connected through My Disney Experience accounts. By logging in and going to your "Family & Friends" list, scroll to the bottom where you see the option to "Add Guest". Here you can connect through their confirmation numbers or you can manually put them in to get everyone connected. You are then able to do as much or as little together as you would like! This comes in handy when making dining reservations, as one person can make the reservations for the whole party. Super easy and convenient to keep everyone together!

I hope this helps and I hope you continue to have a fun time planning your trip later this year. Let us know if you have any further questions, we love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,
