Andrea from Francisco Morazán Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! I want to book my stay but it says my travel documents will be sent to my home country. I wish to receive documentation via email since receiving in my home country can be a real hassle. Where can I change this so everything it's sent via email?

Hi there Andrea, and welcome to planDisney!

As one of our International planDisney specialists, I hear from so many folks and families traveling from other countries who may have taken advantage of Special Offers or Vacation Packages and wonder about the travel documentation that may be sent out ahead of their stay. Now unfortunately here at planDisney I'm unable to look up your reservation to see where you're making your booking, and it appears that the country currently listed for your account is the United States - so your best bet right now is to contact the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line directly in order to speak with the Cast Members who have the access to your details.

I've observed that there may be a number of things that are inaccessible or more challenging to book from outside the United States and for this reason, a lot of international guests book through a travel agent experienced with booking Disney vacation in order to help smooth out anything to make their preparations as hassle-free as possible. However, here are a few more general insights that could be helpful to you:

    • In the past, these travel documents have included things like informational brochures, coupons or vouchers for select experiences and even luggage tags. Nowadays, there is no guarantee whether Disney Resort Hotel guests will necessarily receive these in the mail as a lot of it is now sent digitally.
    • International guests have also experienced some of these items being presented upon check-in, especially if they let the Cast Members know they did not receive anything ahead of their trip. (When I recently inquired at the Front Desk, the Cast Members let me know that though they may have additional luggage tags or coupons available to guests on request, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.)
Here's hoping it all works out for you ahead of your summertime adventures, Andrea! Be sure to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for all of the exciting updates coming in the next few months, and I hope you'll get the chance to enjoy Tiana's Bayou Adventure when you're here!

Wishing you the very best as you voyage over to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
