How do I book a stay at a concierge collection property?

Hey there, Nancy! Welcome to planDisney and Welcome Home, my DVC neighbor! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with such a great planning question. I love chatting with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member!

Don't you just love being a DVC Member, Nancy?! I know I do! Knowing that my next magical adventure to any Disney destination or destination across the globe is always just around the riverbend is priceless. Adventure is out there, and I'm more than happy to help you find your next one. Now, let's see where your DVC Membership will take you next!

First, let me tell you about some recent changes with Disney Vacation Club. Worldwide Stays with Concierge Collection Hotels are no longer available for new bookings, but Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" There is a new Hotel Exchange Option through Interval International, and rest assured that there is a new seemingly endless list of exchange options. Now, let's get to searching and booking those options, shall we?

Start by logging in to your account on the DVC website, hovering over the "Destinations" tab and then clicking "Hotel Exchange" under "Worldwide Stays." This will bring you to the Interval International page, so from here, just click the blue "Book with Interval Online" button under "Hotel Exchange." Now, you can start your search and even book your stay online! How awesome is that?!

One more thing, Nancy! If your travel dates will take place before your Vacation Points expire, you do not have to deposit your Points into Interval International. However, if your Vacation Points will expire before your travel dates or you're not sure when you want to book your vacation, I recommend calling Member Services to deposit your Points into Interval International. As long as you deposit your Points at least 45 days before they expire, it can extend the life of your Points up to two years! It's Membership magic!

I hope this was helpful, Nancy, and I hope you book the magical vacation of your dreams! Please feel free to stop by any time with any planning or DVC questions you may have along your magical journey. You've got a friend in me!

Chase the wind and touch the sky,

    Mandy
