Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Ciaran! Thank you for visiting us with your question today about your upcoming trip to
Disneyland Paris in just a few days! My countdown is nearly over, too! I have been lucky enough to visit all of the Disney Parks around the world, and in my opinion,
Disneyland Park in Paris is the most beautiful of them all. I can't wait for you to experience it, too!
Ciaran, I know how exciting it is to plan those
magical extras at Disneyland Paris, especially when it comes to the nighttime spectacular.
Reserved viewing areas are a popular choice and do book up quickly. Guests with a
hotel + ticket package booked directly with Disneyland Paris can secure this experience at the time of booking or add it later via the Disneyland Paris website, with reservations appearing in the app seven days before arrival for all Guests.
I’ve checked your arrival date and the days that follow, and it looks like reserved viewing is already fully booked. While I know that’s not the news you were hoping for, please don’t worry. I’ll let you in on a little secret. I’ve
never booked a reserved spot for the fireworks, and I’ve always had a great view!
Disney Tales of Magic will show nightly at 22:40. I recommend securing a spot for the show at least an hour beforehand, making sure you pick a spot without trees blocking your view of Sleeping Beauty Castle. I have found a slightly quieter place to stand is just by the Discoveryland entrance sign, whilst not a central view, you still get a really good view. Did you know this new nighttime spectacular actually includes projections on the facades of the buildings down Main Street, U.S.A.? I am looking forward to checking the show out from midway down Main Street for a new experience!
Ciaran, I hope you have a brilliant holiday at Disneyland Paris! If you have any further questions, please
reach out to me and my pals here at planDisney. We are always happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Matt
