Welcome back to planDisney, Cayla! It’s always a delight to see your name pop up with a question, and I’m incredibly excited to hear that you’ll be celebrating Christmas Day at the Most Magical Place on Earth. That sounds absolutely wonderful!
When it comes to
ticket purchases, anyone aged ten and older, including their birthday date, will need an adult ticket to visit Disney World, so your group will have just one child with discounted tickets. Indeed, you won’t be able to make this purchase online since the Disney World website allows only up to ten adults in a single transaction. No worries, though! You have two options: you can either make two separate purchases one after the other (or simultaneously using two devices) and link everything on your
My Disney Experience account for easy management, or
reach out to Disney World, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you with your purchase.
If you prefer working with a travel agent, they can finalize this purchase for you all at once. Still, it looks like you’re pretty experienced when it comes to Disney, and I’m sure you’ll have no trouble purchasing directly on the website. Just a quick note: making two purchases is completely fine, as each ticket will receive a different confirmation number anyway. Using the My Disney Experience website or app, you can assign each ticket to your family members as usual.
I hope this information is helpful, Cayla! I can’t wait to hear all about your extraordinary adventures at the theme parks with your loved ones during this joyful season. If you have any other questions,
don’t hesitate to reach out anytime; assisting our wonderful friends like you is always a pleasure.
Cheers,
Nilson
