    Hi!!! We are about to book our second trip for May 13-19 2012 and we have not been this time year. Is this a good time to go or not? We are taking our 3yr old and 21month old so how bad is the heat and the crowds?

    Hi Stacey!

    May is a nice month to visit.  The crowds will be relatively quiet, though not empty, until you get closer to Memorial Day Weekend.  Based on previous years, you will be fine when you are planning to go with respect to crowds.

    However, the weather can be hot and humid, even in May.  This past year was very hot in Florida in May which was rather unusual.  I personally don't like heat and humidity, but others love it.  It is perfect weather for hitting Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
