boarding the Disney Dream for a 4-night adventure to Spain! That sounds like a wonderful itinerary, and I can certainly understand wanting to get Royal Court Royal Tea on your plans before you set sail.
To book Royal Court Royal Tea, you’ll want to head into your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, jump over to the My Plans section, and look under “Onboard Fun” to add activities. Typically, Royal Court Royal Tea is offered on at least one of your days at sea, although the schedule can vary and it may occasionally be offered during a port day.
Now, I’m betting you may have already gone through those steps and discovered that the app isn’t allowing you to make a reservation. If that’s the case, it may mean that
Royal Court Royal Tea is already fully booked for your sailing. With your Dream adventure just a few weeks away, that would certainly be possible, since this is a popular experience and reservations can be limited.
However, I would not put away your tiara just yet!
Once embarkation day arrives, I recommend opening the Navigator app again as soon as you have checked in at the cruise terminal and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi. Sometimes reservations can become available on embarkation day, and the time you spend waiting to board can be a great opportunity to check your plans and see whether anything has opened up.
If you still aren't seeing availability, I would also stop by
Guest Services once you’re onboard and ask whether there is any availability or a waitlist for Royal Court Royal Tea. I can’t promise they’ll be able to add you, but it is certainly worth asking. Guests sometimes change their plans, so an opening can appear after boarding.
