Do I book the rose of resistance ride 60 prior to park entrance or the day that I will actually enter the park in October?

    Howdy Maureen!

Welcome to planDisney!  Your visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth” is “Just Around the Riverbend,” and I know you are counting down the days!  Thank you for stopping by to share this great question with us!

I am over the moon to see that you plan to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance!  This immersive experience is like no other attraction!  As you are recruited for a secret mission, keep your eyes open!  You never know what lies beyond each twist and turn!  To obtain a boarding pass, you have two opportunities on the day you have your Disney Park Pass Reservations for Disney’s Hollywood Studios.  You can try to board the virtual queue at 7:00 A.M. (Eastern times zone before park entry) from your hotel room, or wait until you are in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and try to obtain a boarding pass at 1:00 P.M. (Eastern).  I recommend opening up your My Disney Experience a couple of minutes before this virtual queue opens so that you are ready to score your board pass as soon it opens.  The boarding passes book up very quickly, typically in less than a minute.  Please make sure you have everyone that plans to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance linked in your Family and Friends on your My Disney Experience Mobile App so that when you score your passes, everyone will be able to experience this together!  “May the force be with you!”

Since your visit to Neverland is less than 60-days away, if you have not reserved your advanced dining reservations, then you still have time!  Take a moment to search through all of the dining options for the theme parks you will be visiting as soon as possible!  By doing this, when you get a “Rumbly in your Tumbly,” you will have a yummy table service waiting for you!

Since you will be visiting during the Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th anniversary, go to “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” and “Sign Up” to stay informed of everything as it is announced!  I also recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog to learn about all the things to do and see during your upcoming visit!

As you continue to plan your visit to Neverland, if you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney!  We are always here to help with all your planning questions to make your vacation unforgettable, Maureen!

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Tamela
