You can certainly book multiple Walt Disney World Resort room reservations for your vacation stay, however, there isn't a feature to support booking multiple rooms under a single reservation.
You can
use the online booking tools to book multiple room reservations, or you can
call Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to book multiple rooms.
When you call, you can make a request for adjacent rooms or connecting rooms, if that is something that's of interest to you. While there isn't any guarantee that these types of requests can be accommodated, I think you'll find that the Cast Members will be happy to help you as best they can.
