    Can we book rooms now (to get the 2012 rate for 2013) and then add tickets and dinning (if it becomes free again) when it comes time for our trip? If so how far out do we have to add the dining and tickets to make it a package deal?

    Hi, Michelle!

    I love that you are planning ahead for your next Walt Disney World vacation!  My family loves to plan for what resorts we want to stay at next!

    If you book your 2013 vacation now, you can reserve your room but the rates will not be guaranteed until the official 2013 rates are posted (usually mid/late summer.)  I have only done this if I want a very specific room during a busy time period and I want to make sure I don't miss out (for example, a Tower Room at Contemporary with Magic Kingdom view during spring break.)  Remember, too, that to book for arrivals after December 31, 2012, you will have to do so by phone at (407)W-DISNEY.

    If at any time you book a "room only" reservation and later decide to add on your dining/tickets, this must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the system has time to process your change.  If you are wanting a special offer, watch the booking dates/availability dates as you will need to follow all the terms and conditions of whatever offer you choose.
