Hi there Shane, welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question. Planning a big trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is always exciting, and coordinating rooms for a larger group can make the experience even more magical. I’d love to help you get everything set up so your crew is ready for an unforgettable adventure together!
You absolutely can book three rooms or package reservations for a large group at Disney World, you just can’t do it all in one single online transaction. Many guests like to bring together their group by keeping reservations linked and requesting rooms next to or connecting with each other.
In my experience, one of the easiest and most convenient ways to book multiple rooms is by using the “Build Your Vacation” tool at the top of the Walt Disney World Resort
homepage. Simply enter your travel dates and the number of guests in each party, then click “View Rates.” Once you’ve selected your resort, choose the “Package” option to include tickets and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. After finishing your first booking, you can repeat the process to reserve your second and third rooms as needed. It’s a straightforward way to make sure everyone in your group is taken care of!
I’ve traveled with large groups before and have needed multiple rooms, and in those cases, I’ve found the easiest and most convenient option is to call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations directly. A friendly Cast Member can help you book all the rooms at once, link the reservations together, and even assist in adding your Walt Disney World theme park tickets to complete your vacation package. I also recommend requesting adjoining rooms (next door to each other) or connecting rooms (with an interior door between them). While these requests can’t be guaranteed, Cast Members always do their best to accommodate them when room assignments are made.
Shane, I hope this helps you feel more confident as you start planning your group getaway to Walt Disney World Resort! Whether you book online or with the help of a Cast Member, you're sure to set the stage for a magical and memorable trip. If you have any other questions along the way, feel free to
reach out to me directly, I'd be so happy to help however I can. Happy planning!
