Disney Resorts Collection hotel have two options. They can either book rooms under separate party names and link them later or they
call Disney World directly. Cast members can assist with booking multiple rooms for the same party over the phone. Calling ensures that your reservations can be linked automatically with no extra effort from you, and you can request adjoining rooms on the spot if you’d like (subject to availability), so to me that’s the best option.
Since you’re planning to visit next fall, keep an eye on the Disney World website’s
Resort Events Calendar. There are so many fun things happening in the fall like
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This event requires separate tickets, but it’s amazing and worth checking out. You’ll also want to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. All the current happenings at Disney World can be found here, so it will help with planning your visit.
