Hi, I want to book 2 rooms for my family of 4 to visit as my son is 18 and does not want to share with his sister. Can we get a joining rooms ? If we have to book two separate rooms can we still book dining together or does it just have to be separate ?

    Hi Gemma!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I totally understand the 'teenage' thing about not wishing to share with one another!

You can request adjoining rooms, but while the Cast Members will do their best to honour your request, these cannot be guaranteed.  However, you could book a Family Suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  These suites sleep up to 6 adults and would definitely give you more space, and there are enough beds for everyone!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is also on the Disney Skyliner route!  This is such a lovely way to travel high around the Resort, with fantastic views, and easy access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Regardless of how many rooms you have booked, when you make your dining reservations you just specify the number of guests (you can link them to your Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience Account if you want to, but you don't have to).  You just state the size of your party, and no further details are required about any guests, other than the phone number and credit card details of the Lead Guest.  The credit card is just a guarantee in case you are a no-show, and they will take a small charge per guest.  You may cancel any dining reservation up to 2 hours before your reservation time, for no charge.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We are happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
