How do I book 3 rooms for 6 adults on line

Welcome to planDisney, Bill! I’m so excited to hEAR that you’re planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Bill, you’re just in time to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort and enjoy the extra sprinkling of pixie dust to commemorate this milestone. Now, let’s talk about traveling with six adults and booking three separate rooms. Since you’d like to book online, the easiest way would be for the lead guest in each room to book independently. You can still plan and manage your itineraries together by connecting through the “My Family & Friends” section of your My Disney Experience account. If you haven’t yet connected all the adults in your travel party, take a look at THIS question and answer that might help.

If you are the lead planner and you would like all of the rooms booked under your name, you will need to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member. Lately when I have needed to call in, I make sure to do so when I’m available to wait on hold for a bit (and I use the speakerphone function so I can continue working around my house). I find that my patience is much greater if I know that I might have a wait and can plan accordingly.

Bill, I hope this helps as you’re planning for your upcoming vacation. I love staying in the Magic at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and I hope you do as well. The theming, service and convenience really make it feel like a dream come true. If you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney where we are always EARcited to see a returning guest!
