Hello and welcome to planDisney, Heather. I too am a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, Heather. I absolutely love being able to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks just about anytime my schedule allows. Plus, all of the extra perks like complimentary theme park parking and discounts on food and merchandise are pretty great too. Since we are Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, we don't need to purchase a vacation package when booking a Walt Disney World vacation. Booking a resort hotel stay only is actually pretty easy. I'll walk you through the steps, Heather! First, you'll visit the Walt Disney World website. Then, select the "Places To Stay" tab toward the very top of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can put in your check-in and check-out dates and how many adults and children are in your party. Once you've inputted that information you'll select the green "Find Resorts" button. This is going to pull up all the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels that have availability during your travel dates. You can click on the individual resort to see what room styles are available and continue with the booking process. Once you've clicked on the particular resort you want to stay at you'll see two different booking options - a room only reservation and a vacation package. You'll want to make sure the green dot is in the room only option. Select the room you would like and then if an option is brought up to purchase theme park tickets you can select the "no ticket" option and hit "continue". The next page will take you to your cart where you'll have to option to check out if you like the options that you have selected. Heather, selecting a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel online is as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help. Happy planning!Jackie H.
