If I book a room at WL and add DDP but book airline tickets and get park hopper passes separately, can I still use my 180 day window to make reservations or do I have to book a whole package including passes to make ADR? I love your site!!!

    Hi Leslie,

Thanks for your kind words about the Moms Panel! We're all happy to be able to help others plan their Walt Disney World vacations.

You certainly will be able to make advanced dining reservations 180 days in advance. That option is open even to those who are not staying at a Disney resort. But here's the advantage you will have as a guest at Wilderness Lodge or any other Disney resort: When you are 180 days away from your arrival date, you will be allowed to make up dining reservations for up to 10 days of your visit.

You  just need your resort confirmation number. It doesn't matter if you purchased your airline tickets or park passes separately.

Your planned arrival is May 3, 2014, so you should be able to make your dining reservations for your trip beginning on Nov. 4, 2013.

I hope that's clear. Please let me know if I can offer any other help, including restaurant recommendations. Enjoy!
