Annual Pass discount not showing up when you search for the right Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for your needs.
I've had this happen before too, so I've got the tricks to correct the problem. First, make sure you're signed in and your profile is updated. If you have more than one Disney account, sign into the account associated with your Annual Pass. Next, navigate to
"View Special Offers" under the "Places to Stay" dropdown menu. This is an updated list of all the great deals that might apply to you on your next stay. The Special Offers page is always a good place to start your search. Since you're interested in the fantastic room rate currently being offered to Annual Passholders for the fall, scroll down the page. It's one of the last offers listed. Click on the offer. This should bring up the rooms that are eligible for the great rate.
Now, Ellen, it looks like your preferred date falls just outside the discounted period currently listed. This might be the source of the problem during your search. You can change your stay dates to ones that fall within the discounted widow or you can wait to see if a new discount will be offered for stays later in the fall. There's no guarantee a new discounted rate will be announced, but a wait-and-see approach might work out. Just remember that room availability is not guaranteed and it is possible for those discounted rooms to fill up. If you have your heart set on celebrating
