    If we book a room now for January and then Disney runs a promotion, can we take advantage of the savings? Can an existing reservation be altered?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Walt Disney World Resort offers some awesome Special Offers and Discounts and taking advantage of them will definitely allow you to save some money that you can use for Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars and Dole Whips! If you book a vacation before the promotion is available and a new Special Offer comes out, you will need to rebook your vacation to add the Special Offer. As offers are limited, rebooking is subject to offer availability and you may not be able to get the exact same Walt Disney World Resort hotel or room category when you rebook due to availability and offer applicability. The easiest way to do this is by calling Walt Disney World Resort reservations at (407) 939-1936. When you call, the Cast Member can help you efficiently update your reservations to get the best deal possible. They were able to help me in rebooking my last vacation and the Cast Member made the process quick and easy!

    Even with this process, I recommend that you go ahead and make your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations now as availability is always limited. That way, if you have a specific hotel or room category that you would like to enjoy for your trip, you are assured to have your reservation regardless of the availability at the time when Special Offers are announced.
