    If I book a room at the Bay Lake Tower now for Sept/Oct 2013 and the room rates might be less closer to my departure time, can I get the new room rate prices?

    Hi, Kay!

    Not to worry!

    If you book your stay at Bay Lake Tower (one of our Home Resorts!) at Disney's Contemporary Resort directly through Walt Disney World, you'll have a very flexible window which allows you to make changes up to 6 days prior to check-in. This means that, should your room be available at a discounted rate before that 6-day window, you can contact WDW directly, cancel your original reservation with no penalties, then book the new reservation at the lower rate. This is one of the many reasons I really love to book our WDW vacations directly through Disney. Flexibility, when life throws you changes, is not a problem.

    Be sure to talk this through with the Cast Member assisting you at the time of your booking, too, just for additional peace of mind, Kay.  Call them at (407) 939-1936; I think you'll be pleased with what you hear!
