How do I book rides in advance with a das pass? I can’t find it on the app and I can’t see our tickets?

Hello Noelle, and welcome back to planDisney!

Because you can pre-register as soon as 30 days before a park visit, I will assume that a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is on the horizon for you. What a time to visit and create some beautiful memories.

While you were on the chat with the Cast Member, you were able to book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences using the Disability Access Service (DAS) Advance planning option. Do not worry; you will be able to make your additional DAS selections on the day of your visit. When you enter the theme park, you will open your My Disney Experience app and tap the three lines at the bottom right. You will then see the Disability Access Service (DAS) button appear as you scroll down to the bottom. From there, you will see your selection choices and will be able to make additional selections as you experience the chosen attractions.

We will be here if you need us during this planning phase of your vacation!

    Have a magical time!
