Hi Sobia!
Thanks for your question. Dining reservations are only needed for table service restaurants, or what some also refer to as sit-down service. Quick service, or counter service meals, do not require reservations.
Now, something that was very useful, and I would highly suggest, is using the
My Disney Experience mobile app to do quick service mobile ordering. My family and I use the
My Disney Experience mobile app extensively while at
Disney, but last year, we decided to try
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and WOW what a difference it made!
At
participating quick service locations, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to
pre-order your food & beverages either right outside the restaurant, or finding somewhere inside the restaurant to sit. This was so convenient, because we could just walk into a restaurant (Columbia Harbour House at Disney's Magic Kingdom, as an example), find a place to sit, order our food, and pickup at the Mobile Order pick up station located inside the restaurant. We didn't have to wait in line, and I felt it drastically cut down the wait time to get our food! In this sense, you're not necessarily booking a table, but booking your food in advance! :-)
So give the mobile app a try, and have the time of your life at
Disney!
